What can and can't be refilled

Medications you are established on, continued at the same dose: metformin, losartan or sertraline, for example, and blood thinners such as apixaban (Eliquis) after at least three months stable on the same dose. Basal insulin for Type 2 diabetes can be continued at a stable dose too; warfarin is not eligible.
