What can and can't be refilled

Same-dose continuations of chronic medications such as metformin, lisinopril or atorvastatin. Because a physician reads every case, apixaban (Eliquis) after at least three months stable on the same dose, basal insulin for Type 2 diabetes and GLP-1 medications at your current dose can be reviewed too. Warfarin is not eligible.
