Dr. Refills (drrefills.com) is not Refills.com, a separate company that sells compounded weight-loss injections, and it is not the Dr. Refill walk-in clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. We do not sell medication, we do not ship anything, and we are not in Canada. If a review mentions shipping delays, compounded semaglutide, or a clinic waiting room, it is not about us.

How Reviews Are Collected
After a prescription is sent to a patient's pharmacy, the confirmation email includes a link to leave a Trustpilot review. That is the whole mechanism. We do not offer discounts, credits, or anything else in exchange for a review, and we do not ask patients whose requests were declined to skip the invitation — everyone who completes a request gets the same link.
Because the service is young and deliberately small, the number of reviews is modest. We would rather have a short list of real ones than a long list of purchased ones.
Who Is Actually Reviewing Your Request
Every Dr. Refills request is read personally by Iwan S. Nyotowidjojo, M.D., board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, NPI 1578976270. Not a nurse practitioner, not a physician assistant, and not an algorithm that approves whatever is typed in. He is licensed or registered to treat patients by telehealth in California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, and Indiana.
That is also why some requests are declined. A board-certified internist reading your answers will sometimes say no — because the medication is a controlled substance, because the request is a new start rather than a continuation, or because something in your answers needs an in-person evaluation. Declined requests are not charged.

- Speed. Approved prescriptions are typically transmitted to the pharmacy within an hour during operating hours.
- Price. $59 for a 30-day supply, $79 for 90 days, regardless of how many medications are on the request. No charge if not approved.
- Honesty about scope. Same-dose continuations of established non-controlled medications only. No new prescriptions, no dose changes, no controlled substances.
