How it works

1

Tell us your GLP-1

Which medication, your current dose, and how long you've been stable on it. Plus a few safety questions. About 3 minutes.

2

A real MD reviews

A board-certified California internist personally reviews every GLP-1 request — not a bot, not a nurse line.

3

Sent to your pharmacy

If appropriate to continue, your same-dose prescription is sent electronically to the California pharmacy you choose.

Stable on your GLP-1 but can't get the refill?

It's one of the most common gaps in care right now: you're doing well on semaglutide, tirzepatide, dulaglutide, or liraglutide — then your prescriber's office can't see you for weeks, your telehealth program's membership fees keep climbing, or you've moved and don't have a doctor yet. Missing doses means losing the tolerance you built and restarting the side-effect curve.

Dr. Refills handles exactly this situation: same-dose continuation of a GLP-1 you've been stable on for at least 3 months. You answer a short set of safety questions, a board-certified internist personally reviews every request, and if it's appropriate to continue, your prescription is sent electronically to your California pharmacy.

We don't start new GLP-1 prescriptions, change doses, or titrate. We don't sell compounded versions. If your situation needs more than a continuation review — new severe nausea or belly pain, a history of pancreatitis, or personal/family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2 — your request routes to physician review and may be declined, and you won't be charged.

Simple, flat pricing

One flat physician fee — no membership, no subscription, no markup on the medication. Your GLP-1 is billed separately at your pharmacy (insurance, manufacturer savings card, or cash). You only pay if your refill is approved.

Common questions

Which GLP-1 medications do you refill?

Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), dulaglutide (Trulicity), and liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda) — brand products only, at the dose you're already stable on.

Can you start me on a GLP-1 or increase my dose?

No. This service is same-dose continuation only — no new starts, no dose increases, no titration schedules. Starting or adjusting a GLP-1 needs the prescriber who manages your care.

Do you prescribe compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?

No. We only continue FDA-approved brand GLP-1 products dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

How long do I need to have been on my dose?

At least 3 months stable on the same dose. If you changed doses more recently, your request will be declined and you won't be charged.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay a flat $59 (30-day) or $79 (90-day) physician fee per refill request, only if approved. No monthly membership, ever.

What could cause my request to be declined?

New severe or persistent nausea, vomiting, or upper-belly pain; a history of pancreatitis or gallbladder disease; personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2; pregnancy or planning pregnancy; or being on the medication less than 3 months. Declined requests are never charged.
